Agnes' Baptism

Since Agnes' godparents (Uncle Thomas and Aunt Jena) aren't going to be in town until Christmas, we went ahead and baptized her while we were at church one day this week (knowing the priest well makes scheduling these kinds of things pretty simple).

So it was just us and Grandma and Grandpa and Mamo and Dema and Grampy T, with a few friends who were also at church that day. I loved it.

This picture is just so you can see Mary's face. It pretty much always looks like that when she's looking at Agnes. And Grandma isn't being weird, holding her phone up to take pictures the whole entire time; she had Uncle Thomas on video so he could watch the baptism.

Agnes did great. She was clearly a little hungry and unsettled the whole time so we did a lot of bouncing, but she made it through without losing it.

And I finally got a first picture of all the kids together. (And before you think more of me than you should, no, I did not coordinate their outfits for the day; the blue was a complete coincidence.)
